Ron Duncan, Director of Division 1, was initially appointed to the Board on April 16, 2012. He represents both Banning and Cabazon service areas. He currently serves on the Finance & Budget Committee.

Semi-retired, a full-time beekeeper, and very active within the Banning community. He currently serves on the Riverside County School District Boundary Realignment Committee, and also on the Banning Unified School District Oversite Committee.
