Sarah C. Wargo, Board Secretary, was elected to the Pass Agency on November 5, 2024. She represents Division 1, including the Banning and Cabazon service areas.

Secretary Wargo offers eight years of experience as Board Chair of the Cabazon Water District where she oversaw a spirit of collaboration and achieved significant fiscal improvements and strategic advancements. She brings 20 years of expertise in business process analysis to the role thanks to her career as an Associate Director at United Health Care. Her career has honed her ability to increase efficiency and productivity through innovation, engagement, and collaborative leadership.

Community service is a priority for Secretary Wargo. She has served on the West Desert Municipal Action Committee and volunteered for the nonprofits Cabazon Association, Kid2Kid Closet, Heartland Assisted Equine Center, and UCAN food drives.

Secretary Wargo prioritizes the community as a whole and is committed to securing a sustainable water future for all families in the Pass area. She will serve her region with advocacy, strength, and vision.

Term of Office: Elected in 2024, her term ends in 2028.
