The San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency (SGPWA) in Beaumont, California is seeking a Water System Operator II to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of its water distribution, pumping, and recharge facilities. This journey-level position plays a critical role in maintaining infrastructure, operating SCADA systems, performing preventative maintenance, responding to alarms and emergency call-outs, and ensuring high-quality water service for the community and regional partners.
The position reports to the Operations Manager and includes a flexible combination 3/12 and 9/80 work schedule with rotating on-call duty. Applications are due March 11, 2026, with an anticipated start date in late April 2026.
