BEAUMONT, CA (November 12, 2024) — The California Association of Mutual Water Companies (CalMutuals) recently honored San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency (SGPWA) with the first-ever Jim Byerrum Small System Champion Award on September 30, 2024 for helping smaller water systems secure grants for costly infrastructure upgrades.
